2011-2012 Pet Photo Contest Rules

Welcome to 2012’s Pet photo contest hosted by the Animals and Planet group at CMS.
For each picture you would like to enter you pay two dollars.
All money will go to Nevins Farm. Extra donations are appreciated, however these do not give you a better chance of winning.
These can be any past or present pets you know or are in your family.
Animals only, no people in the photos please.
The picture may be cropped but you are not allowed to change the photo in any other way.
Also, please make sure you bring in a photo that you don’t need back, because entries will become part of the CMS Pet Poster.
Photocopies of photos are okay, as are photos scanned into a word processing document (Word, Pages, etc.). Judges may ask for another copy of the photo or for a digital photo.
Every pet must have its own form however you may have as many pictures of the pet as you would like attached to it but two dollars must still be given for every picture.
You can enter pets in different categories.
If there is not enough money in the form the correct amount of pictures will be picked at random and only those are eligible to win a prize. If you will be entering a pet you do not own, please check with the owner to make sure their pet is not already being entered. If more than one person enters a pet and one of the pictures is chosen the owner will receive the prize or all will be disqualified.
NOTE: Since this is a fundraiser, there are NO REFUNDS for disqualification or double entries. All entries are final. You must fill out the entire form. If your pet gets into the finals you MUST provide a parent/guardian signature and the owners signature if possible.
Winners will be decided by the Animal and Planets student club.
